2015年底，成思危先生家人根据他的遗愿，将他生前的工资、稿费捐赠给中国科学院大学教育基金会，发起设立了公募的“成思危基金”，旨在弘扬成思危先生“科教兴国、理论创新、人才为本”的公益理念，推进国内外产学研各界的合作研究；支持相关创新政策的研究与完善；为建设创新型国家培养高水平教师、经济创新的研究者和社会企业人才提供支持。
用途：
1、设立“成思危教育奖”,每年评选“成思危优秀教师奖” 、“成思危优秀科研成果奖”、 “成思危优秀学生奖”，以奖励中国科学院大学经济管理学科中师德高尚、教学科研成绩突出的教师；奖励品学兼优、勤奋创新、热心公益、生活清贫的大学生/研究生；
2、设立“成思危全球奖”，由陈昌智副委员长领导的独立评奖委员会每两年评选出风险投资、虚拟经济、虚拟商务等经济管理领域的国内外创新研究成果各一个，且需是对中国相关政策的完善有推动作用的优秀成果（奖金80万元人民币）；
3、设立“成思危社会企业奖”，与团中央下属的中国青年创业就业基金会合作，每年在“创青春”大赛中，评选在教科文卫体、生态环境、扶危济困、社区发展、慈善金融等领域，运用可持续的商业手段解决社会问题的优秀社会企业及创意实践，鼓励社会企业的带头人，并推动中国社会企业相关支持政策的不断完善；
4、支持中国科学院虚拟经济与数据科学研究中心（中国科学院重点实验室）、风险投资、虚拟商务、社会企业等领域的理论、实证研究与相关行业的政策建议；
5、资助《中国风险投资》刊物、“中国风险投资研究”公众号等的编辑与出版。
捐助与合作：
“成思危基金”可根据捐款人意愿设立公益项目或专项基金，也可为基金已有项目捐款，可享受国家规定的所得税税前扣除的优惠政策。基金为感谢捐赠者的善举，会相应给与捐助者项目赞助冠名、邀请参加基金活动、推选成为基金理事，与捐赠企业合作，提供大数据研究、行业政策研究及建议。

Cheng Siwei Fund
According to Prof. Cheng Siwei’s last wish, his family donated his salary and book royalties to establish a non-profit Cheng Siwei Fund in 2016, under University of Chinese Academy of Sciences Education Foundation, to promote innovative research in economics and management especially in Venture Capital，Fictitious Economy，Virtual Business，and International Finance. Donations were also from his students, admirers and the public.
Prof. Cheng, known as the Father of Venture Capital in China, was a visionary leader who started the above pioneering researches and the first Dean of the College of Economics and Business School of UCAS for 15 years. As a great scholar and the Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, he had profound impact on Chinese economic, social and financial reform. To encourage further innovative researches and contributions to China policy-improving, Cheng Siwei Fund has set up the Cheng Siwei Global Prize (every two years, RMB 800K) in the above fields which bridges the co-operations and common understanding among the global researchers. In 2018, the first international winner of Cheng Siwei Prize- the Global VC Research Prize was Professor Josh Lerner from Harvard University, USA, who inspired the exceptional achievements in China related venture capital research.
